All buyers with Invoices over $1500.00 must make payment arrangements with in 24hrs after each auction closes.

Invoices under $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file unless previous arrangements have been made. 

You must bring help to load your items.

LOTS 156-331 are located in the basement and will have to be carried up steps to remove the items. NO WALK OUT DOOR, BUYERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN HELP TO REMOVE!

Buyers are responsible for boxing, removing and loading their own items.
