We will make special extended time for loadout on the bleachers only. All bleachers will need to be removed by October 5th, 2025, The property has sold and items need to be removed.

All buyers with Invoices over $1500.00 must make payment arrangements with in 24hrs after each auction closes.
Invoices under $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file unless previous arrangements have been made.
You must bring help to load your items.
Some items are grouped in large lots and not boxed up, so come prepared to box and move your items. BRING HELP!
Buyers are responsible for bringing boxes, boxing, removing and loading their own items.
