Loadout for this Auction is set for Thursday July 31st, 2025, by appointment only from 9:00am-4:00pm,

Location and Appointment will be setup through your paid invoice.

If you cannot make this scheduled loadout date, then do not bid! 

All buyers with Invoices over $1500.00 must make payment arrangements with in 24hrs after each auction closes.

Invoices under $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file unless previous arrangements have been made. 

You must bring help to load your items. 

Some items are grouped in large lots and not boxed up, so come prepared to box and move your items. BRING HELP!

The location of each lot is posted in the lot catalog, Example-Living room, Kitchen, Basement,

Buyers are responsible for boxing, removing and loading their own items.

We will not have staff on hand to help! BRING BOXES !

We cannot stress enough to bring your own help. Buyers will be held accountable for any and all damages to the property.
