Buyers are responsible to remove and load their own items. Buyer will be held fully responsible for any damages to the home created from the removal of their items. If you cannot remove your items on the set pickup date. Do Not BID! Buyers must come prepared with help, boxes and tools to remove.

All buyers with Invoices over $1500.00 must make payment arrangements with in 24hrs after each auction closes.

Invoices under $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file unless previous arrangements have been made. 

You must bring help to load your items. 

Some items are grouped in large lots and not boxed up, so come prepared to box and move your items. BRING HELP!
