Larger items and machines will be allowed more days and time to remove them. Arrangements must be made with the auction company and sellers for extra days and time.

 Some items are very heavy and located where a forklift cannot access. Wood floor above a basement. See each lot description. 

Removal of all items will take place as stated in the pickup lot information. No Exceptions will be made due to the amount of items in this auction. 

All Buyers must have the ability or arrange their own removal and loading of items. If you cannot remove or make arrangements for removal then do not bid.
