Appointments for both auctions must be made as the load out is at multiple different locations. 

Pickup will be by appointment only on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. No exceptions will be made. Appointments will be setup thru your invoice.  Pickup appointments will be set up as available for 8:30AM – 4:00PM Due to campus hours. If you cannot not make the pickup date and time, we stress you do not bid.  This is the only time we will have staff on site for removal. All arrangements must be made through West Central Auction Company and not MWSU Staff.  Location will be on your invoice and on the appointment schedule. 

YOU MUST BRING HELP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS. OUR STAFF WILL SHOW YOU WHERE YOUR ITEMS ARE BUT WILL NOT REMOVE.
